Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 30, 2026

This policy explains how Cricket Clash Live (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use our website and mobile app (together, the “Services”).

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:

  • Account and contact information: name, email address, phone number, account role, and sign-in information. If you sign in with Google, we receive the profile information you authorize, such as your name, email address, and profile photo.
  • Cricket and tournament information: team and company details, player names and profiles, jersey numbers, match scores and statistics, tournament registrations, and information you provide to organizers.
  • Images and documents you submit: profile or team images and, where a registration flow supports it, payment receipts or other supporting documents. A receipt may contain personal or financial information, so please provide only what the organizer needs.
  • Service and security information: information needed to keep you signed in, deliver the Services, and diagnose errors or protect against misuse. Our website uses an authentication cookie for signed-in sessions.

2. How we use information

We use information to:

  • create and manage accounts and authenticate users;
  • provide match, scoring, team, and tournament features;
  • process tournament registrations and share them with the relevant organizers;
  • display public tournament, team, player, and match information;
  • maintain, secure, and troubleshoot the Services; and
  • respond to requests and comply with applicable legal obligations.

3. Public information and sharing

Some information is intended to be visible to other users or the public—for example, published team and player profiles, tournament listings, and match scores. Do not submit information for public display unless you are authorized to share it.

We share information with tournament organizers when needed to administer registrations and competitions; with service providers that help us host, operate, or secure the Services; with Google when you choose Google sign-in; and when disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect users and the Services.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use advertising or analytics tracking tools.

4. Payments

Some tournament registration flows let you submit a payment method, amount, date, transaction reference, notes, or a receipt image for review by an organizer. These submissions are used to administer the registration; they are not a payment checkout handled by Cricket Clash Live. Do not submit card security codes, passwords, or other payment credentials.

5. Storage and retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Services, operate accounts and competitions, resolve disputes, and meet legal or record-keeping requirements. Public match and tournament records may remain available after a competition ends. Retention periods can vary by the type of information and the purpose for which it is used.

6. Your choices and requests

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with your account, subject to applicable law and legitimate record-keeping needs. You may also stop using Google sign-in or revoke the app’s Google access through your Google account settings. Contact us using the details below; we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

7. Children’s information

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect account information directly from children under 13. A parent, guardian, or authorized tournament organizer who believes a child’s personal information was submitted without appropriate authorization should contact us so we can review the request.

8. Security

We use safeguards intended to protect information, but no online service or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please protect your sign-in credentials and avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed for a feature.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Services change. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after an update means the revised policy applies to subsequent use.
